Who we are

Heron Quill is a direct-to-consumer stationery brand based in Louisiana. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

Orders + payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or refund any order at our discretion before shipment.

Shipping + delivery

Standard orders ship within 5 business days from the date of order. Custom and personalized items take longer and ship within 10 business days. Heron Quill is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Returns

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-printed items are non-refundable except for defects or shipping damage. Email [email protected] to start a return.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, and editorial content on this site are property of Heron Quill unless attributed otherwise. Do not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Heron Quill is provided as-is. We do our best to ship what we describe, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the price you paid for the affected order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
